Biography

He made his professional debut over ten years ago, and is one of the pre-eminent Latin-American and Spanish classical guitarists in the Czech Republic.
Attracted to the playing of Bach, especially his baroque lute suites, when only a small boy, Jari began his guitar studies in Lima, with the popular professor Pepe Torres highlighted by his perseverance and creativity.  Although he was also studying Andean ‘charango’ at the time guitar remained his first love. 
At the age of 14, he decided to follow his talent for music by entering the National Conservatory at age 16. During that time he has been taught by renowned musicians, among others Oscar Zamora, Abel Carlevaro,  Luis Justo Caballero, Walter Casas.
Subsequently, and with the pursuit to expand his musical knowledge, after successful recording of a classical Peruvian-guitar CD with Luis Justo Caballero, he traveled to the Czech Republic where he has studied at the Prague Conservatory with Professor Petr Paulu. In Prague, his has lived since 2002 until now, focused exclusively on his activity as a professional classical guitarist.
